"Air conditioner "
I give 5 stars because Nick is super cool. I brought my explorer in for the air conditioning and they did a good job. Air works great in the front however rear air blows out hot air so for some reason the rear air is not working.

"The owners honesty and his word. (he is a man of his word) "
The work provided is excellent, they go out of the way to make the customer happy, satisfied. The best thing about this business is that you can trust the work they do, and the information they provide. The owner is a man of his word, he is trustworthy. He takes pride in a job well done. They go out of their way to find and fix whatever may be wrong with your vehicle. It has been a very long time since I could say that I trust someone (anyone) to tell us the truth and to fix what may be wrong with your vehicle and not add work to your bill just to up their profit or even worst sabotage something in your vehicle so they can have more to fix. Sadly, both of these have happened to my family by several local mechanics (one not more than a mile away from your business. These are the kind of people that give mechanics a bad name.

Thanks to Nick and his staff! They did the 100,000 mile check up on my Mustang and I was sooooo pleased. #1 they were several hundred dollars cheaper then the dealership in Redding and they were quick and efficient. Nick so seems to be such a great guy and honest.....totally appreciated! Thank you all over there and know that I'll be back!! I also should have written this earlier and my old brain forgot ~_^
