"Apex is the best "
Pat & co stand by their work - recently had an issue with leakage on a new part they installed about 6 weeks ago. They remedied the issue immediately free of charge and apologized for the inconvienence. This business operates with integrity, something that is hard to find these days. They have my business as long as I have a car!

"They find the source of the problem"
Air conditioning was not cooling. Called Pat and got in on a great recharge sale. Half of what anyone else quoted. I'd had this problem a couple of times before and took it to different shops. They recharged the system and said bring it back if it happened again. The guys at Apex found and replaced the source of leaking refrigerant. A bad valve core. No one before found this. Great job !! Thank you guys.

"Warranty backed up"
APEX Replaced my motor under warranty that I previously purchased 3 years earilyer simply because it consumed 2 quarts of oil between oil changes. Motor was a 5.4L in a 2004 Ford F-150 Lariat.

"Excellent Service"
Excellent service as usual. I really like the fact that they will do an assessment of things I need done, but don't pressure me to have them done immediately. In this day and age, to walk in a place and have them recognize you by name is a good feeling. I may not a lot of money and I may have to get things done as I can, but they make me feel like I'm still important to their business.

"Tire Install from Amazon order"
I bought tires online at Amazon. I selected the "Professional Install" option as well and once the tires arrived at my house, I took them to Apex Automotive for install. I believe it was Mark at Apex who confirmed my appointment and even rescheduled for a day earlier since the tires arrived a day early. Apex Auto was flexible in scheduling and extremely fast at the install! They mounted and balanced the tires with speed and ease and professional install is what I got. The staff was extremely courteous and I will return for my needs. I recommend Apex Auto. Not just for tires but I do believe they can repair just about anything. Oh and their prices are the best in my area! The larger tire chain stores want more for the same services. And they try to upsell what they want you to buy... in my case, I bought what I wanted and Apex delivered on their service through Amazon. Trust me, they'll take very good care of their customers.
