Spoke with Kathleen. She said they did a beautiful job, but she wasn't satisfied with the rental vehicle experience. The rental gal never returned any of her phone calls, penciled her credit card to take the information with her, and offered $10 accident insurance. Kathleen was quite upset about the credit card penciling. She accepted the insurance, but wasn't billed and later learned she was charged $10 per day for the insurance. When she confronted the woman, she was told she had her vehicle for 4 days. She would never use Enterprise again and understood this business deals with Enterprise. The heavy set man at the beginning of the process was kind of abrupt, aloof, and not friendly with her or her husband and insisted she had a $1,000 deductible, but she only had a $300 deductible. The young man who finalized the paperwork was very nice and she would deal with him again.
