Stephanie said the repair was scheduled to be completed in three days, but it took a total of eight days to be completed. She does not recall what had caused the delay, it could have been due to the grille or the bumper. Her estimator was very nice, kept her informed during the repair, although he forgot to include the bumper on the estimate. Everyone at the facility was very nice and took good care of her.
