Kris said they were straight with him and honest, the price was great, and they wanted to help him. This business wanting to help him is what made him want to use them because that's what he looks for in customer service. They did extra things other places wouldn't have, which was amazing, and there's a lifetime warranty on anything they do. It was ready before the promised time, and every day they sent a picture of the work they'd done. He chose this facility because his boss recommended them, and also, his insurance company recommended them. Kris said he'd go back and he'd definitely recommend this business.
