Cassandra said there is damage on her bumper that was not there when she initially brought her vehicle into this business. She ended up waiting almost 1 month for her vehicle to be finished. She was not given a reason for the delay. They were supposed to call her to give her an update and what the estimated time would be, but they never did. They did not do a good job of keeping in touch with her. The only time they called her was to let her know her vehicle was ready. The person who prepared her estimate apparently did not notice all of the damage the vehicle had because the bumper is still scratched and damaged. When she arrived to pick up her vehicle, they did not explain or show her what repairs they performed, they simply gave her the keys to her vehicle. The people who answer the phones at this business are very rude. She is very disappointed with this business. She would not recommend this business to others for the reasons mentioned.
