Brian said the receptionist is upbeat and talkative and Chris, the estimator, represented this business well. He said the repairs look good but the flaws in the finish stand out. He is unsure if he is satisfied with the quality of the repairs because of the flaws and the clear coat being cracked. He is waiting for the chrome trim molding to come in so it can be put on because of damage to the molding during the clear coat process.
