Travis said it was fast, easy service. He liked that they called ahead and took care of the rental vehicle for him. He really appreciated that. His vehicle was about one and a half days late, but he was not sure of the reason for the delay. He was not called to let him know his vehicle was going to take longer. He had to call the next day to find out what was going on. He stated he wished they would have called him.
