Luisa said the estimator rushed her, so she had to ask him to speak slowly a few times and explain again. They may not be used to be people who do not know English well. In addition to the work they were supposed to do, they took care of some of the other scratches, but not all of them. While waiting for the estimate, he asked them while sitting there to come out to the vehicle. She was not sure if he was talking to her or the other woman waiting. The insurance company told her this vehicle would be detailed. This business washed it, but did not detail it. She will not recommend this business for these reasons.
