Edward said the service and work at this business was good. The people in the office were very helpful and they always informed him about his vehicle. They knew what they were talking about, did not give him the run around and his insurance company highly recommended them. He really likes that they work with their customers. They went out of their way to get the job done on time so he could go back to Florida. They finished in 4 days, which was pretty good. They always called to notify him on the status of his vehicle and when they were getting parts in. They forgot to tighten the turbo charger and while he was driving to Bellingham it blew up. He had to go to an unspecified dealership in that area, and he sent the bill to this facility. They said they would reimburse him, and send the reimbursement to his home in Florida.
