Joseph said when he picked up his vehicle from this business, his front and rear defrosters were not working. He took his vehicle back to this business and they were able to fix the issue, but they did not explain to him how they fixed it. They originally promised that his vehicle would only take a couple days to complete, but it ended up taking a week and half. They did not give him a reason for the delay. He was not kept informed during the repair process because they only called him twice. They could have been more specific as to where his vehicle was in the repair process. He stated he did not have any communication with the facility.
