Spoke with Janice. She said the employees at this business worked with her schedule and they were nice. There were some things they did not touch up on the vehicle that they said they would. The delay was partly due to her schedule and the fact the vehicle was not ready yet. The delay was one or two days. There were some communication issues since they could not get a hold of her due to cell phone service problems. She also could not get a hold of them at times and she could not get a hold of the person who ran the business. They did try to call her. Overall they did a very good job but it was not perfect.
