Kathy said the rental business next door that this business recommended had a very limited choice, but this business was wonderful. They were perfect. This business did a fabulous job on the repair. She said she doesn't know if they told her when the vehicle would be ready, but they gave her an estimated time and they kept her informed. The work took two days longer than she expected because they found more work to do on the doors. She said there was a lot of mechanical and electrical work with doors, but it was fine because she just wanted this business to do a good job. They were good about calling her and the estimator was almost right on the nose. The personnel were wonderful. She said everyone was very nice and it felt like a family. She said one of the employees was expecting and she is sure the woman is on leave by now, but she would like to congratulate her.
