Cary said everything went very smoothly. There were some problems during service. The first part did not fit but he understands that can happen. It delayed his service but it was no problem. He does not recall how late it was. He was out of town during the repair but when he got back, his vehicle was done. He really liked that Geico was embedded at the facility and the rental agency was there too. It made his process very smooth.
