Luis said his overall experience at this business was really good and they were very communicative. He was not given a promise of time. They were very up front with him and told him they could not tell him how long it would take because they were unsure of how much damage was done to his vehicle. He appreciated that they did not give him a date that they could not actually keep. There was an issue with the insurance company so it took longer than it was supposed to. He said he was very happy with the outcome.
