Spoke with Victoria. She said after this business repaired her vehicle, she has found more items that need to be repaired. She noted that they called her and told her that her vehicle was done, but when she got there she found a large dent. They then called her back again saying the repair was done, but when she arrived she found that they did not do what she asked them to do. When she brought the vehicle home, she found that the seal around her door is loose and the trim around the door is coming off. She noted that they delayed the repair by 2 weeks and she is unsure of why. She also noted that she had to ask to speak with the manager.
