Tim said the overall experience was rated a 2 due to the time it took to complete the repair on the vehicle. The vehicle had been promised for 3 to 4 days and took 3 weeks to be completed. The delay of the vehicle was due to insurance delays in getting the work approved. During the repair he felt he was out of communication with the business and as a result was not kept informed during the repair or was satisfied with the communication with the business.

Unfortunately insurance delays are becoming more common, while ARA Collision Carstar does everything possable to try and keep repairs moving quickly we cannot move forward on repairs without customer and insurance approval, repairs completed without insurance approval can lead to customers having to pay for repairs out of pocket.
