Janette said the business did not keep her informed like they said they would. The business did not take her out to see her vehicle and they had her sign the papers before she even saw what her vehicle looked like. She had to take her vehicle back to the business because her AC was working before she brought it in, but when they gave it to her it was blowing hot air. The front was painted but since the roof did not, they did not match.To paint her vehicle it would $800 - $1,200. She paid $7,000 for the work, they had it for 3 weeks and she felt that was too long for thw work they had. The business said they would email her an estimate but never did. They did not follow up on what they said would. She would not recommend for these reasons.
