Bonnie said the repair service was great. However she did have one minor issue, which was not a big deal. When she arrived and she was making the arrangements to drop off her vehicle, the staff failed to provide her with a requested estimate as promised. She did not receive any courtesy calls about the estimate. As a result, she initiated a phone call 1 week later to obtain the information. The repairs were great, and they got the job completed properly. When she arrived to pick up the vehicle, it was a Saturday after the close of the business day. As a result, there was a representative available, and they were allowed to pick up their vehicle even though the business was closed. The break down in communication regarding the estimate was the only issue. Otherwise her experience was excellent.
