Joseph said the vehicle was taken back because the fender well is not ridged enough to stay in place. When a turn is made there is a loud rubbing noise. The business has ordered another part and will replace the fender well on Monday. The repair process was delayed a week. Several damages were found that the adjuster from the insurance company missed. Joseph stated he has not found a business of this kind that provide the level of updates this business did. He recommended his son to the business because he was so pleased with the communication. He is taking another vehicle in for repair that is not accident related.
