Melinda said because of the customer service it was a great experience. The bumper isn't even so she'll return for them to look at it. One side kind of sticks out and one side is flush. She picked it up in the rain and didn't even notice it, but her boyfriend did. She chose this facility because it's closer to where she lives. They have a really good, nice staff, and their service was fast and easy.
