Spoke with James. James said the staff performed everything he wanted done for their repair services. They called and they kept him informed every other day. James stated he was satisfied with their workmanship. However, his wife claimed she noticed a scratch on the driver's side mirror. He did not see the scratch. He has no doubt the staff will take care of issue when he brings their vehicle back to resolve the issue. James stated he has been satisfied with all aspects of the business from sales to service to repair services.

Spoke with Jeanette. Jeanette said the staff performed a very good job. Their vehicle was returned in a very, very clean condition. Jeanette stated she was surprised by the cleanliness of their vehicle. The repair service was about 2 days late. The part was being out-sourced from another repair center. The other company was having parts and shipping issues, they ordered the wrong part. As a result, Jeanette stated it wasn't the business's fault for the cause of delay. She would definitely recommend the business for repair services.
