Brandon said everything was good with the experience except there was a hole in one of the tires when his vehicle was returned to him. He said he thinks they had to have ran over something. It took 1 day longer than promised because one of the parts arrived broken and they had to replace it.

Thomas said he wasn't told when the vehicle would be ready, but it took too long. He said they only had to replace a window, but it took them a week. He was told it took so long because the window had to be delivered. He said he won't dissuade people from going to this business, but he won't recommend them because the work took too long and they did not keep him informed. He had to initiate all calls to this business and on four occasions when he asked to speak with someone about the status of his vehicle a secretary answered the phone and switched him to voicemail. No one returned his calls. He said the personnel were very nice.

John said that from start to finish all aspects of the repair process were flawless and successful. He also said that Bruce and his team once again raised the bar at Sonic Automotive. He stated that based on the number of vehicles his family has purchased from Cadillac of South Charlotte and Sonic Automotive, Bruce and his team have constantly demonstrated their successful knowledge and great customer service regarding all of their vehicles and their repair work.
