Betty said she had paid her bill by phone with her credit card. She knew she was running late. All she wanted to do was go to the front desk, get her keys and go. The lady at the desk said she needed to pay. Betty told her she had paid by phone. The lady at the desk insisted she hadn't. She wouldn't listen to Betty. Betty said they need a better procedure to show the bill was paid. She had Jeff her representative come over and explain to the lady at the desk the bill had been paid. This was the first time she has ever had a problem there. Everything else was fine.
