Judy said that this was a very pleasant experience and everything was done to her satisfaction. Her vehicle was about one day later than promised because they needed a little more time to allow the paint to fully dry. They did notify her of this delay and the vehicle was ready for her to pick up the following day just like they said. She also commented that the people were very nice and made her feel comfortable.

Lotoya said there was paint chipped on the front of the vehicle, but they showed her a paper that she signed off on for work and it was not listed. Bruce is going to touch up the paint tommorrow.

Arturo said when he picked up his vehicle the engine was filthy. When he mentioned it to the receptionist she called somebody right away and the mess was cleaned in 2 minutes.
