Dianna said she should have been given more courtesy and satisfaction. She noted she felt she was not provided the first class service a Cadillac owner deserves because she had to call too many times without a response call. She went on to say she thought she was going to have to rent a vehicle for a planned trip and was sweating until the last moment before she received the vehicle back. She said she felt she was taken advantage of this visit and has never felt that way in her 2 years of using this business. She lastly stated the manager should have been more in control of the situation.
