Robert stated that Randy, a member of the personnel, treated him exceptionally well. The vehicle was late because the insurance company had to reissue the payment and a part that broke had to be reordered. He chose not to elaborate about the delay length. When he initially arrived at the business, the parts needed for the repairs had not been delivered but he was told that they were. He had to make a second trip to the business due to the miscommunication.
