"a check of transmision trouble "
I told the shop of what thought was wrong with my truck and had their tech. look it over. and was glad to hear it was,nt that bad as I thought it might be, my thanks too the shop for getting problem fixed.

"Repair on my Sebring...."
The cost of repairs on newer cars is staggering. And the charge for a computer analysis to find out what's wrong is appalling. I have no idea of whose fault this may be...The manufacturers? The current economy? A general tendency towards Greed?
Nevertheless, I do trust Art of Maintenance to do what's right by me...Thanks.

I won't know for 5 days. Need to let the car sit and find out if they found the problem. 1 thing I will suggest is when you bring the car back to the customer, should have the driver either wear gloves or wash off his hands. I had to wipe off the grease from steering wheel and door panel

"PT Cruiser wont cruise."
Car would not steer. Luckily we live very close to shop and have been going there for years. Tension belts were shot. New owners but the seem to be carrying on with doing good work with a fair price. Car is running great. I have already recommended a co worker to this shop and they have used this shop and have gotten good results.

Dan said when he dropped his vehicle off, they told him they would be finished in a 90 minutes. When he came back, they hadn't even started yet. There had been a misunderstanding, and they hustled to get it finished.

Spoke with Ephraim. He said he was pretty happy with his overall experience and their timeliness. Their shuttle service was fine and the service was good. There was a bit of pressure to work on things he wasn't ready to have fixed, but he understands.

"Alright..."
Quite happy with the service. You have directly ID'ed what the issues I could have are. I have a road map to how I should address my car issues. It allows me to adjust money to help keep my car running. Took a little longer than I figured to get it done, however I really thought it was very much worth it.
