great courtesy shuttle!
Aspen Auto Clinic is a great place to have a certified mechanic assess the needs of your car while getting an oil change. I especially appreciated the customer service of the courtesy shuttle so I didn't have to wait 2 hours for them to finish my oil change.

Honesty, Integrity and Great Management
I own a 1995 Volkswagon in which Aspen Auto clinic has been servicing since 2006. Not only do they perform great service but really stand behind their 36 month/36,000 mile repair warranty with no hassles, which is unheard of in today tough economy. In addition I recently experience a nagging mechanical problem that management step in to help resolved. Not only did the manager at the Tutt Shop keep me informed and updated during the process, but insured that I was completely satisfied with the repair results. This kind of customer service is what makes the difference for me, it is very refreshing to know Aspen Auto Clinic don't just talk the talk, but really do Walk the Walk!

Too busy
It seemed they were too busy. They forgot to check my tire pressure. The car was attendant pointed out my tires looked low (immediately after my oil change). Three tires needed air.

Thank you Christy for your feedback. In our standard oil change part of our courtesy inspection includes the checking and correcting of any tire pressures. We should never be too busy to perform this basic task. I apologize we failed to do so and hope this does not prevent you from future visits.
