Hugh said he received an inspection that identified approximately $1500 in potential service. He said it would have been better if the inspection reviewer had prioritized the potential service according to urgency and safety. Hugh said that about three fifths of the potential repairs ended up being completed and that the business provided good overall service.

Todd said they did a really good job.

At first I thought that since the building and customer service was so "over the top" nice, I would be conned into additional services, but that was not the case. I will continue to get our cars serviced at Aspen.

This is our 2nd service with Aspen Auto and we're very satisfied. The reception area is always neat and clean, they cater to folks waiting with snacks and drinks, and they're ALWAYS friendly and helpful. BEST OF ALL -- they'll match prices, whether it's a dealer or chain auto shop -- they never quibble, they just say "we'll match it!". This helps out quite a bit since the location is walking distance and in a familiar neighborhood. The front desk folks always take the time to explain things, too. I find most service places to be very intimidating, Aspen Auto doesn't have that pushy, "gotta sell ya" feel - just the facts.

Friendly, efficient, like all places it's not cheap.
