"They care about the customers and doing a great job for them!"
They went out of their way to get me in immediately when I had a tire issue that could have been dangerous. This is not abnormal for them to do. I trust them for a reason, and know that they are very committed to doing the job right for their customers.

You brought your vehicle in stating that it had a misfire and showing a malfunction indicator lamp (engine light). Our technician promptly diagnosed the issue as your vehicle needing a tune up, however; your warranty company considered the issue routine maintainence and therefore, would not cover the cost of the repairs.  Unfortunately, that is out of our control.

"return for reality"
"I found my shop" that not only takes care of my vehicle, communicates well, old school service, with a breadth and depth of knowledge and vast understanding of mechanics- why go anywhere else... I cannot understand why people continue to get overcharged and treated poorly by under skilled and overpriced shops-. I don't mind sharing my shop...
