James said he was not completely satisfied with his overall experience because his vehicle was not ready when promised. They told him eight days but it was not ready on the eighth day. It took 12 days and he only rented a vehicle for eight days. They refused to pay for the extra rental days. He spoke with them and had to fight for a check which they finally gave him. He was not satisfied with the quality of the body work. There are dents in the body which he would like resolved. He was not satisfied with the courtesy or professionalism of the personnel because they could have been more helpful and cooperative.
