Blake said they forgot to tint two of his windows and the repairs took longer than he expected. He said the repairs took twice as long due to a parts delay. He chose not to say whether or not the vehicle was returned in clean condition. He did not evaluate the paint work. He said overall they did a good job on his vehicle.
