Spoke with Cindy. She said she had to come back in a second time because the rubber piece in front of the bumper was missing. They had to fix the traction bumper and some bolts were loose. Her vehicle was ready a day later than promised as a result. She was not satisfied with the professionalism of the personnel because the check engine light was on when she picked the vehicle up and it had not been on when she dropped it off. She said her husband is a mechanic so he checked on it when they got home. She said the staff must have left a door ajar during the repair process because the battery was low. Her husband ended up charging the battery.
