Gregory said he's received better customer service at other auto repair businesses, but he chose not to elaborate. He said he wasn't told when his vehicle would be ready. This business kept putting off when his vehicle would be ready, so he got his vehicle back 7 days later than he expected and he wasn't given a reason for the delays.
