Linda said she was not satisfied with the quality of the body work because her vehicle had to go back to this business to be rebuffed. When she initially picked up her vehicle, no one walked around it with her. Had they done a walk around inspection with her, she would have noticed it needed to be rebuffed. Linda has a pulmonary condition, and after she picked up her vehicle, the paint fumes were so strong they made her sick. Because of the strong paint smell, she didn't drive her vehicle for a few days. This business picked Linda's vehicle up, and brought it back to their business to rebuffed it and check out the paint fumes. They didn't smell the paint fumes. She pointed out even though she had issues on her most recent experience, she would return to this business in the future.
