Spoke with Faith. She said she was impressed with the way they called first before starting the work or ordering parts. She has a bug guard on her vehicle. They were going to replace it. They wanted her to know that the one they were going to order was a little larger than the one she had. She said she didn't want it because it would look funny. They worked it out for her and it looks nice. They were good about their price, even though the insurance company was paying for it. They didn't gouge the insurance company, which impressed her. The woman she worked with seemed a little cold at first. Later she warmed up and she seemed nice.
