Debbie said she was not pleased the first time she dropped off her vehicle at this business, but the second time was better. The business was not ready for her upon her arrival, the rental car had not been ordered and she was told by rental agent the business did not put in for a rental. She had to leave the business in her vehicle to go to a root canal appointment.The business did not call her to apologize and, or reschedule an appointment even up to two weeks later, however she opted to return to business. Once vehicle was repaired the business called her at the last minute on a Friday to pick it up but it would not start so she had to leave it over the weekend. She said the customer service at the business could use some help although the person in the office was very apologetic. She would not recommend the business due to this experience.
