Kay said it was a couple days late but it was not their fault because they couldn't get parts. The only thing was that she'd asked them to touch up the rear bumper, and she'd pay, but she thought they forgot. It had some scrapes that didn't have anything to do with the accident, and her husband had asked them to touch them up, but wasn't done. It was late in the day when she picked it up, and she'd forgotten, but she might still return to have that done.
