Spoke with Janee. She said she was not promised a time that her vehicle would be ready, but the repairs did take 2 weeks longer than the estimated time. The repairs took longer because they had to send a part back 3 times because the manager was not satisfied with the quality of the part. She was not upset about the delay because they kept her updated. They were very thorough when they explained everything to her and the work turned out awesome.
