Robert said that his vehicle was finished quickly. He was disappointed that the price was higher than the original estimate of $3,700. The business found that his vehicle needed additional parts and labor that made the price higher. He spoke to Gary who told him that it would be $4,000 but it ended up being $4,300. He asked for a discount, as he had not gotten any other estimates. He said there was a blemish on the paint.
