Glen said when he arrived at the business to pick up his vehicle he pointed out some obvious repairs that they had forgotten to do. They had to keep his vehicle for another week because of these forgotten repairs. They also charged him for vacuuming the vehicle but when he turned on his heater, all the dust came out and got all over him.
