Great car and buying experience, not so great after you pay.
I traded in a vehicle recently for an SUV and the staff was very nice and laid back. After signing paperwork it was a different story. We walked out of the finance office and all the salesmen that had been nice to us before would not even look at us. The sales manager was leaning back in his chair with his hands behind his head with his legs on the desk looking another way. It was a very awkward walk to the door and nobody was there to hold it open for us like before and there was no excitement for us or a congratulations. We were excited about our new purchase but they seemed like they couldn't have cared less that they just made a sale.
Now that their website is gone I am wondering if they went out of business? Maybe that is why they weren't very enthusiastic because they knew they were going out of business.
