I am very tired of being asked to review every purchase I make or service I request. Auffenberg Hyundai did a fine job. I was completely satisfied with everything but this review process. Reviews should be three questions long.

Would have rated a five, but informed service about door handle issue which was not addressed. Issues with headlights was great.

Was told they would wash my car but they did not. Also, I always get coupons after I get the service done and they expire before my next service is due. I can go to plaza tire and get it done $10 cheaper without a coupon and faster.

Sorry for the hassel with not having any coupons, there has been a change in how coupons are sent out so that is the reason why this lapse in coupons by mail have been sent out.   Please call if you would like to set up a free car wash, i cant explain why it didnt get done.  But i can make sure this wont happen again.

Thank you for your comments!  We let customer's know what their car needs at the current mileage/maintence due.  It is your car so if you ever want to do it that is your decision not ours.  We like to be honest and let the customer make their own decisions. "Most of the guys are cordial but a few act like it's a pain to be there"
They need to go over the engine inspection with us discuss what the did to your car that is my suggestion

"The Windshield Regulator is less expensive in Marian, Illinois. Everything I come to get something done to my car. They always try to get me to soend more money instead of valuing me as a customer. This is a "BIG TURN OFF". "

"efficient and friendly"
service team member Derrick was friendly and efficient in getting my car oil changed and brake light fixed. He also gave me a quick ride and pick up to where I needed to go. Terry was easy to deal with and nice during checkout, too.
