Spoke with Suzanna. She said her vehicle looks brand new. They took care of everything. Her husband was impressed with their constant updates on their vehicle.

Tram said they followed through with her and they kept her in the loop. They did everything well and they were helpful. She said she had to wait an extra day for her vehicle because they had to order an extra part.

Heath said the work was excellent. He was kept informed and everybody was very professional.

Spoke with Dennis' wife. She said they were very nice and helpful and she really appreciates that her vehicle was ready on time.

Chi said this business's customer feedback is very important. He stated the cost of the repair was higher than the initial estimate. Chi explained one example was when he was told it would cost $300 to repair the bumper, but it cost $600 because they had to install a new bumper. The final cost being higher than the initial estimate was okay, because of the quality of the service he received. Chi mentioned this business does a much better job at painting, than the Acura dealership he takes his Acura to. This business did an excellent job, and the personnel were very good.
