Myra said she had asked Herbert to look at the hood of the vehicle because it had scratches on it. She was under the impression the hood would be buffed out during the repair, so she was disappointed when the vehicle was picked up and the hood was not buffed out. The hood also does not match the bumper which was replaced. She is not satisfied with the quality of the repair for the reasons mentioned. The work on the hood was not completed because it would have cost $300 to complete. She is not satisfied with the paint work for the reason mentioned. The vehicle was promised for one week, but it took two weeks to be completed and there was no reason given for the delay. The vehicle will have to be returned to have the work completed on the hood. She had to call to get information on the repair and her representative was the person who gave her information on the work. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated or with the communication because Herbert was not keeping her informed when the vehicle was delayed. She would not recommend the facility due to this visit and for the reasons previously mentioned.
