Spoke with Sharon's husband. He said he noticed yesterday one of the fasteners on the front left fender was either forgotten or fell off and he plans on returning for this issue. His vehicle was delayed about a week because they forgot to order a driver's side mirror and then there was a delay on the arrival of the part. He ended up having to pay for the rental vehicle for that week because of it. All he saw on the mirror was a scratch which he believes could have been just touched up with paint but his insurance paid two hundred and fifty dollars to replace it. He would have liked to drive the vehicle while they were waiting on the new mirror to come in instead of paying for a rental or at least be reimbursed for it. He had to call this business a few times for information. Everyone was very apologetic about the issue. He found everyone to be nice, polite and the atmosphere at this business makes him want to return. Also, the paint work was so beautiful and impressive he is considering bringing in another vehicle.
