Rickey said he was not kept informed of the delay of the repair on the vehicle, which as a result cost him extra money. The repair was completed one day later than had been scheduled because there was a parts delay. After the part arrived, it was discovered the part was not needed. He was kept informed of the repair during the first day but after that, there was no information from the facility. Alex did a great job.
