Qian said the business communicated it would take 1 week to finish the repair, but it took 2 weeks. According to Qian, he wasn't given a reason for the delay. He mentioned the business never called him during the repair and didn't notify him when the vehicle was ready for pick-up. Qian added he initiated all the communication concerning his vehicle. In addition, he stated there wasn't any communication with the business.
