Susan said she was surprised when her vehicle was ready as soon as it was, since she was in a wreck. When she called to ask about the status of her vehicle, the female employee she spoke with was very rude to her and she didn't appreciate the attitude. When she called again later that day, the male employee she spoke with was very nice. He mentioned that she could come down and get whatever she needed out of the vehicle.
